Foundation Leveling in Petaluma

Client called Golden State Shoring when they noticed cracks in their stucco, sheetrock and an uneven floor. It was clear upon inspection that their foundation had settled due to poor soil underneath the house.

Golden State Shoring excavated and installed 24 push piers with 24 foundation bracktes to level the foundation and ensure it was pressurized to withstand any further movement. All push piles were grouted to make sure they would withhold the strength required to support a two story home.

Drainage was installed around the base of the foundation and the a new concrete patio was poured to give the client a safe entertaining area for many years to come.
