Project Overview: Our Foundation Engineering Solution


Our team successfully reinforced and repaired the structural integrity of a multi-family residence while ensuring minimal disruption to the tenants. By implementing a strategic shoring solution, we stabilized the second and third-floor balconies, allowing for the safe replacement of a deteriorating support beam.

  • Stabilizing upper-floor balconies to prevent structural compromise

  • Replacing a severely rotted support beam due to water leakage

Innovative Engineering Solutions


  • Installed temporary supportive walls to brace the second and third-floor balconies, ensuring structural stability throughout the repair process.

  • Safely removed and replaced the deteriorated 6"x12" 20ft support beams, restoring the structural integrity of the balconies.

  • Implemented advanced waterproofing techniques, including a complete re-sealing process to prevent future water intrusion.

  • Carefully removed and replaced stucco and cement to integrate the new waterproofing system seamlessly.
